At STM Tuned, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
