Genuine OEM Mitsubishi factory replacement a pillars have the speaker cover and come factory on the Base, MR, SE and SSL Evolution 7/8/9 models. Check your build date as there is a slight difference in pillar color between December 2003 and January 2004.
The RS A-Pillars do not have the speaker cover. They are available HERE so if you are adding or deleting speakers, you can use the appropriate pillar.
